Leila Mohamed Warsame is a Lecturer at SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (Mathematics and Physics) from SIMAD University and a Master of Science in Educational Management and Administration from the Islamic University in Uganda. She teaches undergraduate courses such as Teaching Methodology, Instructional Technology, Educational Management, Physics, and Mathematics. Her research interests focus on improving the quality of education and effective school leadership. She has supervised several undergraduate research projects and is currently preparing two academic articles for publication.

Dr Abukar Mukhtar Omar

A Brief Resume
Abukar Mukhtar Omar is the Dean of the Graduate School at SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia. He holds a BSc. in Education from the Islamic University in Uganda and a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Planning from Makerere University, Uganda. He also has a PhD in Education Management from Makerere University, Uganda. His research focuses on higher education, with a specialization in the quality of higher education and the quality of teaching and learning. He teaches undergraduate courses in education management and administration, as well as comparative education. At the postgraduate level, he teaches courses in Educational Planning, Quality Assurance in Education, Policy formulation, and Strategic Planning in Education.
