Leila Mohamed Warsame is a Lecturer at SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (Mathematics and Physics) from SIMAD University and a Master of Science in Educational Management and Administration from the Islamic University in Uganda. She teaches undergraduate courses such as Teaching Methodology, Instructional Technology, Educational Management, Physics, and Mathematics. Mr. Abdikarim – Professional Biography

Mr. Abdikarim possesses over fifteen years of experience in higher education, serving both as a seasoned scholar and a dedicated administrator. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from reputable Sudanese institutions, establishing a strong academic foundation in the field. He currently holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Education at SIMAD University, where he plays a central role in shaping academic programs and influencing educational policy.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Abdikarim has assumed several key leadership roles, including Head of the Economics Department at SIMAD University and Director of the SIMAD Adado Learning Center. His leadership is characterized by a sustained commitment to student achievement, institutional development, and academic excellence.

In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Mr. Abdikarim remains actively engaged in teaching and mentoring. He promotes evidence-based instruction and encourages critical thinking, reinforcing a student-centered academic environment. His interdisciplinary expertise in economics and education policy contributes meaningfully to the advancement of higher education in the region.

Mr. Abdikarim is also an active researcher with interests in development economics, education policy, and institutional governance. Dr Abukar Mukhtar Omar

A Brief Resume

Abukar Mukhtar Omar is the Dean of the Graduate School at SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia. He holds a BSc. in Education from the Islamic University in Uganda and a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Planning from Makerere University, Uganda. He also has a PhD in Education Management from Makerere University, Uganda. His research focuses on higher education, with a specialization in the quality of higher education and the quality of teaching and learning. He teaches undergraduate courses in education management and administration, as well as comparative education.
